Thom works with Freedom Youth in Bristol. Here is who they are:

"Freedom Youth Bristol is a gender and sexuality project supporting LGBTQ+ young people between the ages of 13-25. We offer free, confidential support, information and advice for young people who identify as LGBTQ+ or questioning their gender, sexuality, or both. Each week we run a social and group space where you can meet new friends, take part in workshops, get involved in activism, events, have fun and find out more about our other services at Off The Record (Bristol). We also offer individual support too.
